AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
The sale of all items via Crooked Halo is subject to availability. From time to time one of our Manufactures may be out of stock and your item may need to be back ordered. If this is the case, you will be emailed immediately and you will be given the choice of a full refund or to wait until your item comes back in stock.

PAYMENT AND GST
All our prices include 10% GST

Payment of the correct price must accompany all orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice, however you will only pay the price that is advertised for the item at the time you place your order.

Items advertised as 'on-sale' are only available at the reduced price during the sale period. After which time, they will revert to the standard price.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
We only ship within Australia.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Where possible, items will be sent using Express Satchels. We have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.50 regardless of the size of the package.

No responsibility is accepted by Crooked Halo for lost packages however all efforts will be made to assist in its location.
