SHIPPING
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. We charge a flat fee of $9.50 Australia wide and where possible, we use express bags.
Shipping Times
Some of our suppliers are from the United States, so our shipping times vary from each manufacturer. If an item is already in stock, it will be shipped within 1-2 days. Otherwise, items can take from 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
**Please Note - All items that are in stock are clearly marked within the product info page. If the item is not marked as in stock, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your items.
**ALSO NOTE - Under NO circumstances will items be shipped without payment being received - NO EXCEPTIONS**
RETURNS
If you receive a item that is faulty, please email us within five days of the parcel arriving and we will either exchange the item or give a full refund minus postage costs. All swing tags and labels must be still attached and the item must be returned with its original packaging.
If your sizing of your item is incorrect, you can either exchange it or return the item. If you are receiving a refund, you will get the full amount for the item, minus postage costs refunded.
Due to the nature of some items, ie: hosiery and briefs, there will be no exchanges on those.
We do not give refunds for simply changing your mind, so please choose carefully.
Every endeavour will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible, but due to some of our suppliers being overseas, delays can sometimes happen. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as possible.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
CREDIT CARD – We accept payments through PAYPAL using your VISA, BANKCARD and MASTERCARD
This is a great way to pay and you can print out a receipt through PAYPAL. You do not need an account with PAYPAL to use this option.
PAYPAL is the safest way to pay using your credit card. You can make a one off payment or you can set up a paypal account (free of charge). You are not charged any extra to make payments through this method. To find out more about PayPal please visit www.paypal.com.au
DIRECT DEPOSIT – We accept payment directly into our bank account.
Crooked Halo is a small, home based business and we only keep a small amount of items as in stock. The majority of items will need to be ordered from the suppliers and they can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
